Responsible for public assistance, whether receiving individuals in person at the school’s reception or through phone and email. Manages scheduling, provides information, and guides the movement of people and visitors.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Screen external calls;
Assist with visitor identification;
Assist with the distribution of vehicle tags, seals, and badges;
Attend to and direct telephone calls;
Organize and distribute external mail;
Provide occasional administrative and operational support to administrative areas.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency
Experience as a bilingual receptionist
Availability to work in the Morumbi region
High school diploma
