React/Angular Frontend Engineer (Senior) ID23915

What you will do

1. Be hands-on in architecting and implementing frontend solutions from a given set of requirements either as an individual contributor or as a technical lead;
2. Create technical work plans and execute on those plans to accomplish frontend objectives;
3. Assist in maintaining existing frontend applications;
4. Mentor and guide other frontend engineers;
5. Contribute to Wordly’s engineering processes and culture to maintain a cooperative and supportive environment for all.

Must haves

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering frontend solutions from a set of product requirements;
2. 2+ years of experience in leading software development work in some capacity;
3. A deep understanding of the Angular framework;
4. A deep understanding of the React library and common React development patterns;
5. Experience working with React-based frameworks such as Next.js, Vue, etc;
6. Expert knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
7. Experience using the Git version control system;
8. Able and willing to mentor other frontend engineers;
9. Comfortable working with a fully remote team;
10. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
11. Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

1. Familiarity with microservice architectures;
2. Experience in designing APIs;
3. Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, etc;
4. B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution.
