Quality Manager

Main Duties

• Develop and maintain the KA.BR Quality System.
• Coordinate and maintain a system for the organization to maintain continuous improvement concerning Quality.
• Make the quality system become an integral part of the organization's operation and thus contribute to improve the overall performance of KAJU.

Responsibilities

• Provide the necessary support to the purchasing area (supplies) in the definition, selection, and development of suppliers.
• Assist the organization in all quality issues.
• Coordinate the flow of information related to quality between the factory and the company management.
• Perform internal audits.
• Implement and monitor the actions decided by top management as a result of the "Top Management Critical Analysis".
• Ensure proper discipline regarding the release or non-release of non-conforming products.
• Demand corrective action on nonconformities, reviews, and complaints, and verify that the actions taken are truly effective.
• Ensure that quality control personnel are competent to do so.
• Prepare the quality budget and monitor the actual performance of the company.

Requirements

• Professional experience: 5 years in quality department.

Company Car: You are entitled to a company car that shall be provided by the Company according to the applicable policy. The monthly lease shall be limited to level B of the currently valid KA Company Car Policy.

Hours of work: 44 hours per week.
Vacation: 30 calendar days annually or according to Brazilian laws.
Health and Dental care extended to your family.
Home Office: The allowance for Home Office will be set by your direct manager according to current company policies and interests. The recommended workload is 2 days per week and can be revoked anytime.
