The Role

Korn Ferry is seeking a HR Quality Auditor who will be reporting into an Account Team Lead. This may require a Hybrid working arrangement in the future, working 3 days per week at our KF office location and the other 2 days remotely from your home office. In this role you will contribute to Korn Ferry’s growth and profitability goals by delivering best-in-class support services to our clients and colleagues. Working cross functionally with Korn Ferry managers; client; and Korn Ferry RPO team leaders and recruiters to monitor and ensure delivery standards are maintained. Your experience working in various South American labor markets within a pre-defined recruitment process will allow you to continually drive process improvements.

The HR Quality Auditor will:

  • Analyze data and develop Presentations
  • Ensure all controls in the recruitment process are accurate, complete, and the team are maintaining compliance standards
  • Ensure all recruitment systems are updated on a timely basis
  • Conduct ad hoc quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of data added to the systems
  • Leverage expertise in data analysis, compliance, and quality reporting to ensure a streamlined process
  • Apply advanced theories skills in data analytics to provide first class reporting and information on a regular basis

Recruitment Process

  • Work with leadership and trainers to highlight gaps in team performance of end-to-end recruitment process to help ensure quality day-to-day recruitment activities. Ensure adherence to client KPI’s and Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) established for each account
  • Build and maintain a solid working knowledge of client’s business, organization, systems, process and recruitment objectives

Process Improvement & Escalation

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for process or procedural change, including change management steps
  • Anticipate and minimize risks, offer suggestions for solutions
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely fashion

Relationship-building

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Set and manage expectations

Project Management

  • Prepare and actively participate in regular project reviews with client
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal client account team and across lines of business to identify continued opportunities for account expansion and Korn Ferry solution integration

Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience analyzing data and auditing controls for compliance gaps
  • Prior/current experience and familiarity with recruitment and delivery metrics (ideally within an RPO environment)
  • Proven track record of developing and managing measurable and understandable analytics that surpass contractable obligations
  • Experience working in a service delivery environment and establishing mutually agreeable goals-metrics-KPI’s that will allow Korn Ferry’s clients to effectively utilize our RPO team
  • Comfortable presenting analytical reports to senior management
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to “juggle” responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with client and at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, be adaptable and willing to learn
  • Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions
