What you will doThe Quality Analyst must carry out activities related to the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and alignment with global and regional processes. The responsibilities include:
Conducting external audits (Indirect Channels and Suppliers);
Participating in internal audits;
Preparing and reviewing documents;
Conducting training sessions;
Initiating and monitoring customer complaints;
Performing Technovigilance activities, stock containment, and recalls;
Managing internal department indicators; Overseeing Non-Conformity Management.
Bachelor’s degree in the healthcare field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Quality Management Systems
TrackWise experience is a plus
Intermediate/Advanced English
Experience in the medical devices field is desirable
Auditor training for RDC 665:22 is a plus
