The Role

Role: QA with Compliance

Location: Remote

Time: US EST hours

Domain: Capital Market, Fixed Income

Key Responsibilities:

1. 10-12 years of Capital Markets Experience with Equities and Fixed Income
2. SDLC and QA documentation
3. BPS, IMPACT – Broadridge Experience
4. Work closely with Dev, BA, SME, and Business stakeholders
5. Manage test cases, execution, and issue reporting
6. Chair meetings with stakeholders for ongoing issues and progress
7. Experience with SQL for validations
8. Coordinate UAT efforts with stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

1. You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing role.
3. You have working knowledge of UAT.
4. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
6. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
