Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, specializing in Python development and open-source projects.
3. Experience contributing to open-source projects (discourse, code contributions).
4. Git experience.
5. Experience with GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.
6. Experience with FastAPI.
7. Experience with Scikit, TensorFlow, etc.
8. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), container orchestration systems and serverless technologies.
9. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and participate in architectural discussions with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have skills (not required)

1. Prior experience with AI/ML workloads, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GPT-based applications.
2. Experience collaborating closely with internal DevOps, MLOps, and support teams to enhance infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
