Position Summary:
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Mainly works on supply chain challenges of diverse scope for Indirect materials. Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner to sourcing in qualifying and identifying suppliers
- Overview all new Supplier onboarding process from end to end
- Enforce purchasing policy
- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
- Continuous support with evolution of onboarding and purchasing process specifically for LATAM
- Serves as subject matter expert for all purchasing related activities
- Manage and support backend processes such as invoice resolution issues
- Ensure indirect Buyer KPI is met
- Applies experience of dealing with Customers and Suppliers to help inform and support strategy development
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements compliant solutions

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:
- Typically requires 1~3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
