Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the epic, its scope, and its business value.
2. Prioritize and create a roadmap: Work with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize epics within the product roadmap based on business needs, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
3. Oversee the definition, prioritization, and delivery of epics, working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and other agile leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and delivery of maximum value.

Qualifications:

1. Overall 6+ Years Experience.
2. At least 4 years of Development experience + 2 projects in a PM/lead role.
3. Programming languages: Angular / React, NodeJS, Cloud application.
4. Experience with OData services, RESTful APIs, and SAP Gateway.
5. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
6. Knowledge of manufacturing industry standards like ISA95, ISA88 & MESA.
7. Exposure or experience working in projects related to IIoT / Industry 4.0.
