What This Job Involves

1. Translate client’s business requirements and successfully deliver global occupancy planning utilizing firm and industry best practices.
2. Lead business partner on occupancy, space and move projects; serve as liaison between the client and all other affected resources.
3. Excellent communicator capable of delivering effective change management prior to, during and after a project process.
4. Implement a continuous improvement program for project delivery.
5. Partner with Relocation Project Management and Facility Management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans and conduct facility audits.
6. Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning groups to gather top-down headcount and growth projections.
7. Foster relationships with Project management to review planning strategies that drive construction projects and support implementation of these projects.

1. Lead, manage, develop and may supervise a professional friendly, creative, energetic, and detail oriented team in the delivery of extraordinary events.
2. Provide excellent onboarding, training, and team building.
3. Actively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success.
4. Participate in the individual performance management program and personal development planning for members of the team.
5. Align with facilities leadership team as a manager and act in a manager capacity for anything at the site/s.
6. Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm’s core values of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
2. Experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment.
3. Expert level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and Excel.
4. Critical thinking skill sets and the ability to tell a story through data.
5. Proficiency with Google suites and experience utilizing Slides and Powerpoint.
6. Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.
7. Ability to work independently, problem solve and navigate through ambiguity.
8. Possess proactive mindset and contribute as a senior leader of the occupancy planning team.
9. Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling and alternative workplace solutions programs.
10. Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems.
11. CAFM system and AutoCAD experience is required.
12. Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
13. Highly organized and demonstrate high level of performance in project budgeting and scheduling.
14. Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
