Project Control Lead

Project Planning & Scheduling:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with project managers and workstream leads.
2. Track project milestones and ensure key deliverables are met on time.

Collaboration with Workstreams:

1. Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure that the project control processes are aligned with the broader objectives of each workstream.
2. Lead regular meetings to discuss progress, risks, and issues.

Monitoring & Reporting:

1. Provide clear and detailed reporting on the project’s progress, financial status, and risks to senior stakeholders.
2. Ensure documentation of all project control-related processes, financials, and decisions.

Cost Tracking & Resource Allocation:

1. Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with forecasts, and propose adjustments when necessary.
2. Manage resource allocation across project phases to ensure efficient use of internal and external resources.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

1. Ensure project control processes meet quality and regulatory standards, performing quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
