Job Description

1. Liderar os departamentos de produção para promover e manter um ambiente de trabalho seguro;
2. Manter, melhorar e cumprir todas as normas e regulamentações ambientais;
3. Controlar todos os custos departamentais e medidas de redução de custos dentro da produção;
4. Preparar e enviar relatórios operacionais;

Qualifications

1. Conhecimento em APPCC
2. Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação
3. Conhecimento em Ferramentas da Qualidade
4. Conhecimentos em FSSC 22000
5. Conhecimento em Food Fraud
6. Conhecimento em Food Defense

Curso de Engenharia de Produção ou Engenharia Química ou Engenharia de Alimentos ou Engenharia de Processos ou afins.
