Product Planning & Connectivity Sr. Analyst

Job Objectives

Responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining vehicle connectivity systems and MNO systems combined.

Plan connectivity strategy and new functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support in creating and adapting new connectivity functions for Brazilian markets in relation to the MNO systems.
2. Work on the complete connectivity strategy, as well as plan and propose new functions.
3. Support on technical issues (troubleshoot) and service implementation related to MNO systems for in-vehicle connectivity.
4. Act as an interaction agent between the internet provider technical teams and internal R&D + operational teams.
5. Issue reports on connectivity usage.
6. Manage SIM card lifecycle.

Required

1. Knowledge of Telecom MNO systems.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Knowledge of vehicle systems.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Graduated in Telecom or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
6. Experience in automotive connectivity and automotive business for at least 5 years.
7. Experience in IoT (Internet of Things) for at least 5 years.
8. Experience in electric/electronic automotive modules (hardware and software).
