About the Team: Drive the ongoing development and improvement of customer facing Front End applications to drive customer convenience, create differentiated customer experiences and positively contribute to AM business objectives.

What you can look forward to as Product Owner eShop integration

1. Define, develop and deploy customer journey flows surrounding eShops parts order placement – e.g. (but not limited to) Availability check, Delivery options landscape, delivery date management, Track & Trace integration, open orders management, etc.
2. Define and implement product roadmap.
3. Act as major point of contact within Front End Solutions towards the wider business organization and steer IT demand planning.
4. Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal areas and facilitating opportunities to leverage combined resources and tools.
5. Understand customer behavior online and drive measures to improve customer engagement.
6. Track and analyze data generated from various sources including ZF websites.
7. Define and own Front End solutions eShop ordering value propositions and ensure internal communication is leading to global adoption.
8. Sustain digital Front End Solutions operations.
9. Manage and steer 3rd party suppliers and agencies effectively.

Your Profile as Product Owner eShop integration

1. Significant experience in digitalization of order processes (COM) & online platform development in an international environment.
2. Experience as digital product owner including Agile and Scrum working methodologies.
3. Experience in defining online concepts, strategies and best practices.
4. Experience with web analytics, tracking & measuring tools and techniques.
5. Fostering collaboration & empowerment.
6. Impacting and influencing skills.
