We are searching for the best talent for a Product Engineer - Project Lead to be located in São José dos Campos, Brazil.
This is a duration based role for 12 months.

Purpose:
Responsible to coordinate design control activities that are required for changes to evolve our suture portfolio. The scope of this activity includes defining package type, box type, IFU/language variants and ensuring a standard process is followed to deliver a standard product portfolio for the future. Additionally, this position will be accountable to provide guidance and support to the project team consolidating the design documentation crucial to complete the regulatory submissions and the final project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. With oversight and input, defines actions that need to be taken to achieve project objectives.
2. Responsible for presenting business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
3. Accountable to lead project and share status.
4. Help to find resolution of design control/project timeline problems.
5. Collaborates successfully with key business partners (manufacturing, quality, engineering...) to plan and implement project plans.
6. Edits and finalizes technical documentation to verify compliance to technical specifications and standards.
7. Applies and schedules the accurate level of resources to facilitate attainment of project goals within established timelines and budget.
8. Responsible for ensuring that core team members follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
9. Performs other tasks assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science is required.
* MBA is preferred.
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
* Advanced English level is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal relation and influencing skills.
* Experience in Project Management is preferred.
* Design Change (DCN) Projects experience is preferred.
