Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for a group of Engine Hardware for:
• Ensure Work Instructions (routers), updated with required quality and standards.
• Act supporting shop concerns on the Repair and Assembly process.
• Join LEAN events seeking opportunities in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost projects.
• Apply engineering solutions to solve Quality issues and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• MS Office package advanced knowledge (Excel and Power Point)
• Basic knowledge of Aerospace Materials, technical drawing, and Engine Manuals
• Knowledge in Aerospace industry and Manufacturing Process.
• Availability to work in different shifts to support shop production cadence.
• Previous experience in component repair.

Desired Characteristics

• Post graduation in manufacturing and or related to Process.
• Organized, with focus on your responsibilities.
• Interest for Aviation and MRO
• Good relationship to work as a team member.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T.
• Interest for LEAN applied in MRO and service.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
