What you will do

1. Design and refine user interfaces for Marvin, ensuring they align with Indeed’s Design System and user needs;
2. Work closely with developers to integrate and optimize UI components and improve configuration and deployment flows;
3. Prototype and test designs to validate usability and maintain a polished user experience.

Must haves

1. Strong UX/UI design background, with experience working on complex, technical interfaces (4+ years of professional experience);
2. Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles;
3. Basic knowledge of frontend development constraints, including JavaScript;
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality design handoffs;
5. Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

1. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
