Product Designer - Intern

We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Designer with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of our lending products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, define design solutions, and iterate on prototypes to create delightful and intuitive user interfaces.

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors within the lending context.
  
• Translate user needs into user stories and design requirements.
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all lending products.
  
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience.
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies within the tech-fin industry.
  
• Proactively identify and propose design solutions to improve the user experience of our lending products.
  
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  
• The candidate should exhibit ownership and create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for mobile apps and websites.
  
• The candidate should be well versed with one of the following design tools - Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  
• Hands-on experience on Adobe After Effects, Principle, Framer would be an add-on.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of the lending industry and its users is a plus.

Promoter Profile

Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14+ years of working with various banks, HFCs, and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq, he was the co-founder of Qriyo - India’s first managed home tuition app.
