Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to work with data insights to help us scale and extract the best performance from Fanatee’s games. In this role, you will interact and work across multi-disciplinary teams: engineering, product, and Business Intelligence, as well as focus on opportunities and providing direction to grow and improve our games. You’ll translate analyses into strategy and features, and follow game development from start to finish.

To succeed in this role, you should be an analytical and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and execute relevant analyses that may lead to opportunities in user LTV or increasing top-of-funnel acquisition.
2. Organize growth roadmaps and deliver results while managing the data and developer teams’ pipelines and time availability.
3. Formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives.
4. Provide valuable input into business cases based on data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
5. Proactively design and implement process improvements.
6. Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure data quality.
7. Optimize the performance of data models.
8. Research and develop new methods, tools, and technologies.
9. Develop SQL queries to extract/organize data from different sources (Oracle, Data Warehouse, Hadoop, cloud applications) and make it available for data analysts.
10. Code in Python (preferred).
11. Experience with machine learning, statistics, experimental design, data mining, predictive modeling, deep learning (a plus).
12. Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities.
13. Comfortable manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.
14. Strong written and oral communication skills.
15. 3 years experience in management, consulting, financial, or tech company.
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw data-driven business insights.
17. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, or Computer Science.
18. Advanced English.

Experience working on global companies or global products is a plus.
