JOB PURPOSE

Your role as a Procurement Coordinator - Quality and Service is to be the face of Procurement in business partnering the supply chain on all service and quality related topics. Manage capacity reviews for key materials and drive resilience process to proactively identify risks in the supply base and implement countermeasures. Handle and resolve occurring supply issues and calamities in collaboration with procurement portfolio colleagues, SC Planning, and R&D.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Driving and delivering Unilever programs to improve service and Supplier/Material resilience, while constantly looking for operational efficiency through programs like Digital Procurement.

  1. Manage and minimise service risks driven by material supply issues
  2. Proactive stakeholder communication to minimise service impact
  3. Build strong Procurement networks to deliver fast and brilliant saving/innovation projects
  4. Partner with product group quality to lead quality improvements with worst performing suppliers
  5. Manage capacity utilisation reviews including mould utilisation, mould health and capex budget management
  6. Support Quality improvement programs and coordinate quality loss claims caused by material non-compliances

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications:

  1. Experience in FMCG Supply Chain (planning) or Procurement related roles
  2. English language skills
  3. Managing stakeholders
  4. Effective trouble shooter - able to remain calm in times of crisis
  5. Self-starter with strong accountability & responsibility standards
