We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our production team and ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion process. Main Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Support:
   1. Provide support to Extrusion Process Technicians regarding the factory's production plan.
   2. Monitor the production plan and ensure its effective implementation.
   3. Assist in handling extrusion process deviations in the BMS, analyzing root causes with a multidisciplinary team.
2. Technical Drawing And Documentation:
   1. Prepare technical drawings of parts for procurement.
   2. Develop, update, and approve work instructions as needed and provide training to users (operators).
   3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of electrical designs, system configurations, and maintenance activities according to regulations.
3. Process Improvement And Optimization:
   1. Execute low-complexity improvement projects for specific production lines.
   2. Develop setup parameters for the production line.
   3. Identify and implement process improvement needs in the manufacturing process.
   4. Evaluate tools and equipment on the production line for new projects.
   5. Specify measuring instruments, tools, consumables, facilities, and equipment.
4. Technical Evaluation And Support:
   1. Conduct technical evaluation of resources required for the production of requested products according to the project.
   2. Provide technical support to production, procurement, product engineering, documentation, maintenance, occupational safety, environmental, and quality departments.
5. Supplier Development And Procurement:
   1. Support SCM departments in developing new national and international suppliers.
   2. Specify and request procurement of materials, machines, and tools when necessary.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Materials, Industrial or Mechanical Production.
2. Advanced English proficiency.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience with 2D and 3D drawing analysis and construction software (Autocad / CREO design / Solidworks).

Desirable

1. Previous experience with Polymer Extrusion.
