What role you will play in our teamPrivileged Access Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all systems that grant access to applications and resources.
What you will do- Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization's identity management system.
- Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
- Responsible for the day-to-day tickets in Servicenow.
- Involve in troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
- Work with internal customers, application analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
- Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
- Provide training to new users on the process.
- Update and maintain the process document according to changes in the organization's application.
About youWe are looking for a candidate skilled in proactively solving complex problems while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. A passionate team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys tackling challenging data-related tasks. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are a must. Technical requirements include:
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- +4 years of experience in a related field
- Basic understanding of development technologies (PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript)
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of programming logic, APIs, and database fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, authentication, and authorization.
