About the position

We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our product messaging and positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for product and company messaging, and competitive positioning, website messaging, sales presentations helping to shape how Azion communicates the value of our platform to customers, analysts, and the broader market. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to craft compelling narratives and ensure market success.

This is a senior and highly independent role, ideal for a strategic marketer with deep experience in technology companies, particularly in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and developer-focused platforms.

Main challenges

  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that differentiates Azion in the market.

  • Own the copywriting and content strategy for Azion's website, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our value propositions.

  • Create and refine sales enablement materials, including decks, battlecards, whitepapers, and one-pagers.

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Growth teams to drive campaign messaging and content for lead acquisition and customer engagement.

  • Partner with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into business value for different personas (developers, security teams, executives).

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine Azion's positioning.

  • Support analyst relations with clear and impactful messaging on Azion's differentiation and industry leadership.

  • Work closely with leadership to refine and scale Azion's GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Marketing within technology companies (cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, developer platforms, or related fields).

  • Proven ability to develop messaging, positioning, and content for B2B technology products.

  • Experience building technical marketing content.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.

  • Experience in creating website copy, sales presentations, and thought leadership content.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in market analysis, competitive research, and performance measurement.

Differentials

  • Experience in Edge Computing, Web Security, or Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Background in developer-focused products or experience working with engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with GTM strategies, demand generation, and sales enablement.
