Job Description Summary:

Partners with product, financial and industry teams to guide the execution of dynamic and differentiated pricing strategies that align with product and enterprise goals for revenue and profitability. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with South American dealers in supporting merchandising claims for machine sales.

What you will do:

1. Review dealer merchandising claims to verify program requirements, business rules and applicable policies are met.
2. Assist with dealer and internal audits to ensure processes are working as intended and in control.
3. Provide merchandising claims training to dealers and internal business partners.
4. Work with claims analysts in other regions to drive consistency across claiming processes.
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes and drive process improvement initiatives.

Skills:

1. Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Understanding of dealer operations.
2. Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
3. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Works effectively in fast paced environment.
4. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors; good interpersonal skills.

Basic requirements:

• University degree
• Pre Advanced English
• Intermediate Spanish

Top candidates will also have:

• Previous experience within pricing and / or industry teams
• Exhibited level of comfort presenting to leadership
• Robust analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex details in a succinct manner
