Job Title: PPC Manager

Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)

Salary Range: Up to $3,000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

NOTE: Independent Contractor Position

About the Company: Sagan represents a data-driven marketing team focused on running high-performing paid media campaigns. The team values measurable results, efficient lead generation, and clear communication. They are seeking a PPC Manager who can take full ownership of campaign execution and performance.

Position Overview: The PPC Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid Google campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI. This role requires someone who understands the full lifecycle of PPC—from strategy and setup to landing page performance and post-click tracking. You’ll also manage reporting and drive ongoing improvements based on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize paid Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
  2. Execute keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing
  3. Collaborate on landing page strategies to improve conversion rates
  4. Monitor daily performance and key metrics like cost-per-lead and ROI
  5. Build reports using Excel and Google Sheets
  6. Communicate with the internal team via Microsoft Teams
  7. Learn and use the company’s proprietary systems effectively

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns
  2. Strong understanding of landing page optimization and performance tracking
  3. Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data analysis
  4. Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Bing Ads
  5. Experience with PPC strategy and campaign performance reporting
  6. Ability to learn new tools or proprietary systems quickly

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Experience managing multi-platform PPC strategies
  2. Familiarity with lead tracking tools or CRM integration
