What you'll do:

As a Product Development Engineer, you will be involved in Food Preparation product developments and lead project teams in a cross-functional environment, and be responsible for the execution and the reporting of the respective project in the given time frame, cost target and quality level. If you have an eye for detail, can easily communicate and collaborate with others, and are just looking for a place to exercise all of your project skills, you've just found it! In detail, you will:

1. Develop new items to be applied in products for Brazilian and Latin American markets.
2. Develop technical solutions in collaboration with Global R&D and suppliers’ teams.
3. Create and manage BOM for new products.
4. Coordinate and follow up pilot series assemblies.
5. Ensure continuous improvement of technical solutions.
6. Engage and communicate with project team members and suppliers to ensure alignment and collaboration.
7. Perform tear down of other products seeking optimization opportunities.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or related areas).
2. Experience with R&D processes or product development.
3. General knowledge about Bill of Materials and R&D documentation.
4. Knowledge with MS Office tools.
5. Advanced English.
