Team Overview

We are looking for a customer-centric operations intern to join our Delivery team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and drive strategic and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects and be responsible for supporting data analyses that will help shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth.

This will allow you to enhance your technical and business skills through industry experience that will contribute to your professional development.

Role Responsibilities

• Creating queries in SQL to help analyze business metrics.
• Conducting A/B tests related to Marketplace metrics and assisting teams in decision-making.
• Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions.
• Aligning all aspects related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Security, and others).

Role Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ongoing academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Intermediate/advanced English.
