Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage organizational and business changes within the assigned perimeter in alignment with stakeholders;
- Act as a champion of the Challenger Mindset culture, embedding global strategies locally and reinforcing behavioral best practices;
- Co-shape and role model the culture of a stand-alone organization, ensuring alignment with corporate values and mission;
- Lead transversal transformational projects for Opella Brazil, representing the P&C team;
- Drive the talent agenda by supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership discussions for Service Areas;
- Retain and develop top talents, ensuring diverse and inclusive practices;
- Evaluate and deliver impactful training and development programs for key talents and all company population;
- Oversee HR initiatives, systems, and tactics, ensuring alignment with the business ambition and people strategy;
- Support the performance and rewards processes, including remuneration (PPR/bonus) and compensation plan;
- Monitor HR KPIs, support budget/headcount processes, and leverage data to drive informed decision-making;
- Promote diversity and inclusion as a core workplace value, reinforcing equal-opportunity practices;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and pharmaceutical market regulations;
- Address grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and adherence to ethical principles;
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communication strategies;
- Enable seamless adoption of organizational changes through effective communication and stakeholder alignment;
- Analyze HR tools and procedures to ensure their effectiveness in supporting business needs;
- Evaluate and refine HR plans to align with business objectives and organizational mission.
About you:
Experience:
- Strong HRBP background;
- Previous experience in a comparable role;
- Desirable experience in FMCG/FMCH companies;
Soft skills:
- Ability to manage data, show analytical thinking with clear communication;
- Act as a coach and advisor to help others amplify their thinking, by providing constructive and objective advice, inspiration and challenge;
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills;
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization;
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
