People Business Partner Manager

We are looking for a People BP Manager to play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals at EBANX. Acting at the same level as a manager, you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will also be responsible for:

1. Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with business priorities.
2. Talent Management: Drive initiatives across performance enablement, succession planning, and employee development.
3. Change Management: Lead and support organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions through strong communication, leadership support, and employee engagement.
4. Leadership Coaching: Guide and mentor managers to build strong leadership capabilities and accountability.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) in areas such as Compensation, Talent, Diversity, and People Analytics to implement best practices and drive business impact.

Main requirements for this position:

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
2. Expertise in at least one HR specialty (e.g., Compensation, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, or People Analytics) is a plus.
3. Strong background in change management, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
4. Experience partnering with commercial and international teams.
5. Fluency in English;
6. Advanced consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
7. Analytical mindset, using data to drive insights and recommendations.
