Position Overview:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations across Finance, HR, and Administration. You will ensure that all departmental activities are efficient, well-aligned, and uphold the organization's standards. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to driving strategy, fostering team development, and achieving operational excellence.
Reporting to Adam Wrotkowski - Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall effectiveness and success of the organization.

How you will be spending your time:
- Oversee and enhance daily operations in Finance, Payroll, and Administration, ensuring streamlined processes and aligned activities across all departments.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 direct reports (Finance Analyst and HR & Administration Manager) to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, professional growth, and accountability within the team.
- Oversee financial operations, including negotiations with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and cost-effective partnership, budget control and execution, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimization, approval of payments, internal cash transfers, and supplier payment management, streamline and supervise the billing process for efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external accounting partners to ensure effective collaboration and proper documentation.
- Optimize and oversee Payroll processes, including employment contract management, onboarding, and other employee-related documentation & streamline HR policies and processes to support effective staffing, compliance and employee conformity.
- Supervise and enhance administrative processes, including office purchasing, fulfilling employee requests, and maintaining office resources & oversee office maintenance and negotiations with suppliers for office needs.
- Facilitate and encourage effective communication across departments to build a cohesive and high-performing organizational culture.
- Ensure that all teams are aligned with company objectives and departmental goals.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving productivity, growth, and efficiency across the organization.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Who You Are:
- You are a strategic and proactive leader with a talent for optimizing business operations and fostering a cohesive work environment, where you lead and mentor teams to achieve business results.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in leadership roles overseeing Finance, HR, and Administration functions, with strong financial acumen in budget management, supplier negotiations, and financial process optimization.
- You are experienced in driving & overseeing HR and administrative process improvements.
- You focus on driving growth and success through a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to operations.
- You are results-driven, with a commitment to enhancing operational performance and achieving company objectives.
- You have excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration with transparency and clarity across departments while aligning teams with organizational goals.
- You approach problem-solving effectively and can make quick, high-speed decisions.
- English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level - you have necessary fluency to communicate without effort with native speakers, as you will be working with an international team on your daily basis.
