We’re actively seeking an Operations Associate who is motivated, passionate, proactive, and detail-driven. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, is organized, and skilled at multitasking.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

As the Operations Associate, you will learn and collaborate with different teams and technologies. This will include working across different verticals such as Financial Services, Food & AgTech, and Sustainability, and other teams in our Brazil office.

Office Operation

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries.
  • Provide quality service while maintaining vendor quality assurance (maintenance, cleaning, food, printers, and others).
  • Maintain frequent contact with suppliers (water, printer, access control, AC, building and office reception, food, and others).
  • Maintain and purchase office supplies when needed.
  • Send invoices, confirm pricing, and prepare payment requests.
  • Support in the planning and execution of company events.

HR

  • Review and approve payments (employee benefits/payroll).
  • Support board members on KPIs quarterly reviews, prepare management reports, and keep employee satisfaction (provide training, lead team bonding meetings and activities).

Finance/Accounting

  • Prepare payment requisitions/update and control management of cash flow, vendor management.
  • Work with the accounting team to review taxes, review financial statements, and prepare payments.

Reporting

  • Support the management team in the preparation of reports/presentations to the corporate office.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in English language.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with office operation/facilities (vendor contract management), human resource processes, and finance/accounting processes.
  • Experience with team management and project management, establishing workflow processes, and preparing management reports.
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and a strong communicator.
  • Career-driven individual with a passion for the technology entrepreneurship ecosystem, sales, and new business development.
  • Experience working with GSuite, Microsoft Suite, and iWork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
