Responsibilities:

1. Administer and operate the organization’s warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
2. Account for all assets in the warehouse facilities; audit goods received in the warehouse.
3. Supervise the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of assets and related reporting according to established procedures.
4. Prepare and coordinate schedules for the shipment and receipt of materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
5. Ensure the effectiveness of operational procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Job Level:
Works under close supervision with little autonomy and clearly defined methods and tasks.
Requires little or no relevant prior training or work experience.
