The Method

The method is unique and unprecedented, being the only constructivist approach to language teaching. You will be trained to extract content from students and help them master it, rather than relying solely on lesson materials. Our students are learning 4 to 5 times faster than any other method in Brazil. Our method encourages the use of Portuguese and translations in order to allow for authentic real-life practice.

The Ideal Teacher

We are seeking English teachers who are fluent in English and have a good command of Portuguese. This position will be responsible for teaching English language skills to business professionals in an online setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach one-on-one 25min English classes to adults from basic to advanced levels
• Follow the established teaching method
• Fill out attendance and performance reports on students

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in English
• Ability to teach through the main video conferencing platforms
• Intermediate or above level of Portuguese
• Previous teaching experience
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, interruption-free workspace
• Business knowledge is a plus
• A sociable and communicative personality

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, in one of the following schedules:

WORK SCHEDULE A

• 7h to 10h
• 12h to 14h
• 16h to 18h30

WORK SCHEDULE B

• 9h to 11h
• 13h to 15h
• 17h to 20h30

Compensation:

• Between R$3,500.00 and R$ 4,000.00 per month
