Onboarding Engineer

About the Role:

As an Onboarding Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of CleverTap’s Mobile and Web Application SDKs, and smooth onboarding of new customers to CleverTap’s UI, allowing our customers to realize their business goals and use cases.

What will you do:

1. Work directly with technical stakeholders and development teams, guiding them on their successful integration of CleverTap SDKs and APIs.
2. Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of our clients to CleverTap by successful implementation of the CleverTap platform, focusing on reducing “Time to Value” (TTV).
3. Work closely with the designated Customer Success Manager from CleverTap, and at times work independently, to build relationships, educate, guide, and train the customers' business users, developers, and other technical stakeholders through the implementation process, campaign creation, and successful
