Network Technical Lead

What you’ll do

We are seeking a dedicated Network Technical Lead in Cisco ISE Palo Alto Internet Gateway Switching & Routing Cisco and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration and optimizing network performance to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of network solutions utilizing Cisco ISE Switching & Routing Cisco and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela).
2. Oversee the integration of network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
3. Provide technical expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains to support project requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with business goals.
5. Ensure the security and integrity of network systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
7. Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
9. Provide training and support to team members on network technologies and best practices.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in network technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
11. Participate in the planning and execution of network-related projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
12. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support.
13. Contribute to the development of network policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Language Level: Advanced English
2. Possess a strong understanding of Cisco ISE Switching & Routing Cisco and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela).
3. Demonstrate expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.
4. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
5. Show proficiency in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
6. Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
