What You’ll Do

Expert in Cisco Meraki SDWAN, Cisco Wireless Networking, Cisco Switching & Routing who will be managing the core network infrastructure, collaborating closely with other IT professionals to optimize networks for performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for Cisco Meraki, Cisco Wireless, Switching & Routing Cisco and Azure Networking Services.
2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of network systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Monitor security measures to protect network infrastructure.
5. Assist in the development and execution of IT business support strategies.
6. Utilize Azure Cloud Networking skills to enhance network capabilities.
7. Provide user access and identity management support to ensure secure access to network resources.
8. Contribute to IT security initiatives to protect company data and assets.
9. Document network configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
10. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Preferred Experience:

1. Possess strong technical skills in Wireless, Switching & Routing Cisco, and Azure Networking Services.
2. Have experience in IT business support and a good understanding of IT operations.
3. Nice to have skills in Azure Cloud - Networking, and Cloud Networks - Cisco Meraki.
4. Knowledge of IT Security and User Access & Identity Management is advantageous.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively.
6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
9. Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate network records.
