Your Role

The job purpose of a National Sales Manager (ZV) is to lead and oversee a company's sales operations across a country for National Accounts. This role is critical in driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the business. The ZV plays a strategic role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing national sales teams, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop National Sales Strategies for sales channel National Accounts: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales plans tailored to different areas to achieve national sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and Manage National Sales Teams: Recruit, train, and motivate regional sales teams across the country to ensure consistent high performance and goal achievement.
  • Drive Nationwide Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the country, actively seeking and acquiring new clients (hunting) to ensure expansive growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients nationwide to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct Market Analysis and Reporting: Perform detailed market research across different regions and provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Manage Budget and Resources Efficiently: Oversee the sales department’s budget at a national level, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales and growth.
  • Ensure Compliance and Ethical Standards: Uphold high ethical standards and ensure all sales activities across the country comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage local marketing and customer events activities, like fairs, communication campaigns, looking for collaboration with other sales channels to optimize costs.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Graduated in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related areas.
  • Strategic Sales Planning and Execution: Expertise in developing and implementing effective national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth by acquiring new clients (hunting) and expanding the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing large regional sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Fluent English Skills.
