Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Project Deployment Leads to establish coordinated project plans / schedules / work.
- Provide support to Release PMO across various activities (i.e. project planning support & maintenance, reporting, meeting facilitation support, building presentations, running RAID log, budgets, etc.) to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives based on governance set by the Global PMO.
- Support implementation of program methodology, including relevant templates, tools, controls, and cadence. Create and handle materials based on guidance.
- Support data standards meet business capability needs.
- Support planning and execution of business simulation and validation/readiness.
- Lead all aspects of cutover activities, ensuring all components such as system migration, data transfer, and user readiness are driven smoothly and effectively to minimize downtime and disruption during transitions.
- Partner with the business adoption team to support organizational change, business readiness, site readiness, and training to meet business needs.
- Work closely with Core Team peers to ensure appropriate communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.
- Enthusiastically seek to promote standard methodology and continuous improvement principles.
- Have a focus both internal & external customer including development and management of partners.
- Engage and establish relationships with program partners and peers.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Experience in ERP transformations, with a solid understanding of S/4 HANA implementation is required.
- Strong familiarity with SAP Design/Build/Test/Cutover/Deploy Agile methodology is required, including hands-on experience in planning, executing, and leading the cutover phases of ERP implementations.
- Consistent record in leading cutover activities ensuring minimal disruption during the transition to the new system.
- Advanced skills in project management software, Jira is a must.
- Experience in risk management for projects, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Proficient in VBA macros for automation of workflows and business processes.
- Experience leading project timelines and achievements in a sophisticated business environment and multi-ERP/system environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with partners and connect multi-functional teams, including status reporting and leadership communication.
- Experience running stand-up meetings to facilitate team coordination and project progress.
Preferred:
- Sophisticated knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint (Office Suite). Knowledge of advanced data reporting tools such as PowerBI is a plus.
Other:
- English fluency is required.
- Flexibility in working hours required to accommodate collaboration with the Japan team and other APAC regions.
- J&J Flex: J&J’s enterprise way of hybrid working for eligible office-based employees requires at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.
- Ability to travel up to 25%-50% of the time, domestic required. Location dependent.
