What we'd like to see in a candidate:

1. Strong experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative and effective solutions to technical challenges.
4. Proficiency with Git and version control practices for collaborative development.
5. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment is a plus.
