Key Responsibilities
Experience in delivering projects, large and small, from start to finish.
Can manage a few projects at a time.
Passion and curiosity about the latest creative/design innovations - interested and active within the creative industry.
A flexible attitude, with the ability to apply your thinking to any brief that’s thrown your way.
Unrelenting standards for delivery of the best possible work - pride in every single piece of work that touches the department.
A thorough understanding of the project process within a creative agency - from client brief through to post-project evaluation.
Ideas And Craft
Able to deliver great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio displaying the depth of your creativity and expertise in this area.
Able to work across a wide variety of clients, with a broad range of advertising needs (traditional to cutting edge), from prime-time TV ads to ideas which flow across mobile, digital, branded content.
Able to execute award-winning campaigns across all media channels including print, TV, social, mobile, activation, experiential, and broadcast, or even new spaces that no one even knew they could be used for commercial creativity.

Advertising Agency experience – you’ll have worked on big-name brands and created exciting 360 campaigns.
