Job Description
- Join our team as Future-Makers, Solution Innovators and Customer Whisperers and support us as a Project Lead for Deployment activities.
- Within our agile Teams we have two focal points: Procure-to-Order and Invoice-to-Pay. In this role, you will be responsible for project management, aligning and ensuring the IT strategy as part of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation for all required tools (Cloud products).
- Project Management: responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within specified timelines, scope, and quality standards while ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Understand the standardized Procure-To-Pay and Invoice-To-Pay processes, defend them among all relevant stakeholders, and follow the Deviation-To-Standard form to create new process variants.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion while adhering to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Your tasks include the planning and coordination of system setup, tests, training, and migration, including knowledge transfer to support organizations and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes, and IT systems incorporating lessons learned.
- Provide technical and processual support on related IT systems/processes.

Experience and Knowledge: IT, procurement, and accounting background or experience with the Invoice-to-Pay process. ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus, experience in IT or change projects, knowledge of project management, and agile working skills. Managed small to medium-sized teams of experts and delivered projects in alignment with scope and timeline.
Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
