Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mid Full Stack Java & React Developer to contribute to the development of our digital marketplace and platform. In this role, you will work on both the front-end and back-end, building scalable web applications, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment where your contributions will directly impact the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Get an understanding of the customer needs through close collaboration with the business team and transform them into the best possible solution
2. Develop testable and efficient code by clean code standards
3. Take responsibility for your work and be part of the journey to scale the application to a globally running product based on the highest technological standards
4. Break tasks down into smaller deliverables and help us to put them on the timeline
5. Work on every aspect of the product life cycle of our application

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3-4 yrs of work experience mainly with Java/SpringBoot and one of the major JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). React is the ideal.
2. Strong interest in the areas of finance, technology and digitalization
3. Full English proficiency
4. Team player with an innovative and proactive mindset
