What you will do
Relationship management skills in a sales/marketing function within a team environment or independently
Understanding and knowledge of key competitive landscape
Support development of educational content utilizing HCP input
Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc
Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery. Organize in-class or virtual courses. Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method
Understand our Medical Education and business strategy. Provide input to future plans. Assist in defining business metrics
Provide data and input to plan. Understand KOLs profile and starts networking. Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams. Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer’s needs
Understand the different communication channel strategies. Partner with Marketing Communications to develop communications plan
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
Medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish are mandatory
Be available for travel
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
