Marketing Manager Digital Solutions

Experienced and enthusiastic marketing professional.

As the Global Marketing Manager Digital Solutions, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial success of electronic witnessing systems and other associated digital products within the segment worldwide. You will be responsible for developing and executing downstream marketing strategies to maximize product adoption and growth throughout the product lifecycle. Your strategic initiatives will be pivotal in developing and executing effective global programs that align with business objectives and contribute to the competitive edge in the market. You will be the overall lead on designing strong marketing programs and will be diligently working together with the Product Managers & Regional Marketing teams.

With your excellent communication skills, digital savviness, and extensive marketing experience, you know how to turn a marketing strategy into delivering the right content to the right people at the right time. You are mastering the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you preferably already know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with many stakeholders.

As you will be managing a wide variety of processes and projects concurrently, it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive, creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. It is also essential that you bring solid business acumen, allowing you to identify and act upon growth potential. You will be part of the broader Global Marketing & Academy team, where you will experience lots of collaboration, reporting into the VP of Global Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy that aligns with Vitrolife Group's and the Digital Solution portfolio long-term business objectives.
  2. Drive global growth of eWitness system (electronic witnessing system) and other related digital products within the IVF segment.
  3. Develop target-specific product positioning, value proposition, and assertive key messaging to differentiate the digital portfolio in the market.
  4. Work closely with the product management team to bring voice of customer and voice of market into the solution roadmaps.
  5. Understand the competitive market, trends, opportunities, and threats, through ongoing market research and continuous collaboration with the global advisory board and/or opinion leaders.
  6. Understand the target group needs, identifying barriers to adoption per respective market regions which will shape optimal marketing strategies.
  7. Lead the go-to-market/commercialization plan and execution of global product launches in coordination with Product Manager and regional teams.
  8. Analyze and optimize the customer journey and ensure strong marketing mix throughout the journey.
  9. Responsible for planning and developing an optimal marketing mix with a high focus on digital marketing strategies & deliverables (web, email campaigns, webinars, content for social media).
  10. Collaborate with the global marketing team, the Product Managers, and Training & Education team to create sales tools, promotional materials, and customer training programs supporting product adoption and market penetration.
  11. Develop, execute, and measure success of target-specific global strategies of annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment and collaboration with regional teams.
  12. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Who are you?

  1. A master’s degree in marketing, communication or similar.
  2. At least 10 years of work experience from previous regional or global marketing roles.
  3. Strong experience within marketing and brand management, preferably from the medical device industry.
  4. Proven record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and strategies.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Particularly effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Business and financial acumen, experience with managing marketing budget and to track and analyze sales data as input to marketing campaigns & launches.
  7. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Flexibility to travel to Market Regions and customers approximately 15-20 days annually.
  9. Ability to collaborate with remote teams located in different geographies.
