Who are we looking for?
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong digital background to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling government and private sector projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication and digital strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market and culture.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
8 years of experience working in similar roles.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in the digital marketing space.
Extensive knowledge working on government and private sector projects.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and culture; fluency in Arabic is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and communication strategies.
Strong client servicing skills and experience managing client relationships.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented approach.
Saudi nationals are preferred; however, Arab candidates with a deep understanding of Saudi culture are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client servicing and satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
