About the role

As CRM Strategist, you will drive consumer revenue by leading acquisition, engagement, reengagement, and retention strategies for the NA Segment, aligned to business goals. This role will be responsible for leading CRM strategy, reporting, analysis, optimization, and assisting with market research for our internal business partners.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Lead Marketing CRM strategy and planning sessions to identify opportunities & prioritize initiatives for the Marketing CRM Product Team.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, creative, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure proper execution of the strategy.
  3. Review and synthesize consumer data, competitive space, and market to identify opportunities for program evolution and long-term planning.
  4. Lead day-to-day digital operations, ensuring service delivery support operations excellence including audits, change, incident, problem, and configuration management.
  5. Develop technology investment plans and activation, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
  6. Champion the importance of digital security and privacy, adhering to internal and external protocols to protect company and customer data.
  7. Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital commercial product operations.
  8. Promote and build global leaders, developing resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C’s growing application portfolio.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  2. 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
  3. 7-10+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Marketing CRM technology and operations.
  4. Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving, solution definition, and root cause analysis & presentation.
  5. Experience in defining, integrating, and driving recommendations for CRM data models.
  6. Advanced proficiency in SFMC AMPscript and SQL, and experience with data pipelines using cloud-based tools.
  7. Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
  8. 3+ years demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows.
  9. Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
