Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the marketing team and the CEO.
• Create and follow marketing plans for our courses, both online and in-person.
• Collaborate with our blog A Dica do Dia.
• Translate and manage all company materials in German.
• Oversee SEO and content translations of all German content at rioandlearn.com.
• Manage SEM for the German and English-speaking markets.
• Respond to customer queries.
• Conduct analyses, studies, and research related to our clients.
• Utilize and enhance our Digital CRM system with information from customers.
• Manage the company’s multiple data sets using AI tools.
• Gain insights and implement actions from enterprise data and AI.
• Identify and analyze competitors.

Qualifications:

• Native German speaker.
• Extensive knowledge of AI usage.
• Strong background in content marketing.
• Proficient in SEO (SemRush and AI tools).
• Proficient in SEM (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitch).
• Experience in online customer service and sales communication tools.
• Digital marketing experience in e-commerce, including campaigns and promotions.
• Familiarity with customer database and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Experience with research methods using data analysis software and with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Solid computer skills, including Google tools, web analytics, Google Adwords, and Meta.
