About the Job

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate closely with our team to create compelling content, optimize marketing campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to improve performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Conduct market research to support marketing efforts and address challenges.
  3. Create and edit videos and graphic materials for social media platforms.
  4. Manage social media platforms and update CRM activities to ensure data accuracy.
  5. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including events, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  7. Create and manage landing pages, optimize conversion rates, and implement growth hacking techniques.
  8. Analyze data to drive strategic marketing decisions and improve performance.
  9. Support paid media initiatives, including traffic management and ad performance analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Administration, Design, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a B2B focus.
  3. Proficiency in video and graphic editing software.
  4. Experience with data analysis and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in B2B marketing.
  2. Technical knowledge in data analysis.
  3. Fluent English and intermediate Spanish.
  4. Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in marketing.
  5. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  6. Basic programming knowledge to support digital marketing initiatives.
  7. Advanced proficiency in AI tools and their integration into marketing processes.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  9. Proactive mindset and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
