What you'll do:

For our Digital Manufacturing Solutions & OT team, we are looking for an open-minded, driven, and initiative-taking Portfolio and Change Management Lead enthusiastic about all aspects of digital transformation in manufacturing. In this role you’ll lead a team of 6 project and release managers as well as a change management lead. This role coordinates the overall manufacturing IT roadmap in close collaboration with the Global and Regional Manufacturing IT teams and other stakeholders across the manufacturing community.

  1. Develop and uphold a digitalization strategy to enhance manufacturing operations.
  2. Promote and oversee the implementation of digital initiatives, managing change effectively.
  3. Monitor the benefits and adoption of use cases.
  4. Work with the development team to create scalable global solutions.
  5. Foster collaboration across teams by supporting the digital ambassador role and community.
  6. Establish project management standards to ensure efficient project execution aligned with business goals.
  7. Manage the Enterprise Architecture approach for manufacturing.
  8. Ensure alignment of roadmaps across manufacturing functions and business areas with overarching goals.
  9. Coordinate operating models between business areas and factories, facilitating organizational change.
  10. Refine and align with stakeholders on our Digital Ways of Working and related methodologies.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

  1. University Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or Computer Sciences
  2. Large experience in project and program management in manufacturing
  3. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading cross-functional teams
  4. Proven track record for driving digital change management in complex manufacturing environments.
  5. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries and regions
  6. Great communication and collaboration skills within a multi-cultural setting
  7. Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Strong (people) leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
  10. Optional but beneficial are certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
  11. Fluent English

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
