Manual Test Engineer With Playwright Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and overall quality.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript).
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and test scenarios.
• Conduct regression, integration, and exploratory testing to validate application performance.
• Provide clear and concise reports on test coverage, issues, and overall application health.
• Continuously contribute to improving QA processes and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for automation testing using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test case management tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
